Finance & Accounting Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

• Analyze financial reports and ratios to provide insights.
• Prepare analysis for Customer Credit Limit Proposals.
• Provide leadership to foster team growth and development.
• Understand banking products for customer debt payments, e.g., SKBDN.
• Create cash flow projections for customer payments.
• Proficient in budgeting and managing operating expenses.

Qualifications:

1. Experienced min. 4 years in related field (Finance & Accounting)
2. Proficient in PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards).
3. Familiarity and proficiency in SAP for Accounting & Finance, particularly in Account Receivable modules.
4. Experience as an auditee for ISO 9001 in accounting & finance, audit of financial statements, and risk management audit.
5. Strong negotiation skills and effective communication abilities.
6. Possession of Brevet A & B certification is preferred.
