Finance Accounting Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all records made on the system are in accordance with the receipts at the bank, and reviewing the calculation of commissions in accordance with applicable regulations.
Job desc:
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (commission, invoicing, and account payable)
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests
- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with finance policies and regulatory requirements
- Checking reports at POS (point of sales) and daily reports sent by Finance Controller/Cashier
- Reviewing the reconciliation finance transaction & commission between the sales recap and the incoming money based on the checking account
- Review the receipts bank book made by the Cash & Collection
- Checking discounts and marketing activities between the POS system and the Internal memo
- Review the calculation of commissions and cash bonuses
- Make a reconciliation report on receipts at the bank with closing sales for the current month
- Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA a plus
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis in manufacture or distribution Industry is a plus
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations (brevet A & B) and industry legislation
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools such as SQL, Access, etc
- Experience in handling Special Economic Zone (Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus) project is a plus
- Hands on dealing with Customs (import, export & tax)
- English proficiency is a must
- Willing to go on a business trip to Bali
