Responsibility
- Overall manage all accounting modules, mainly AP, AR, and GL
- Support finance director in handling monthly accounting closing
- Manage local accounting staff
Requirements:
- Has a minimum Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related
- Has a minimum of 4 - 7 years of working experience in accounting and finance with min 2 years in leading finance team
- Has good experience working with ERP and accounting modules (AP, AR, GL)
- Has team management experience
- Good communication in English
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Highly motivated and able to work under pressure and deadline
- Honest and initiative, able to work autonomously as a team leader
- Personal effectiveness skills in planning, organizing, managing time and priorities
