Job Description :
- Handling and supervising the implementation of Company's Payroll process.
- Ensure that the Payroll tax reporting data is appropriate.
- Updating actual payroll data for both site and headquarters
- Reviewing employee's payroll and benefits.
- Ensure employee data accuracy with BPJS KS, TK, Medical Insurance
- Perform monthly and annual tax calculations and ensure timely payments
- Ensure that compensation and benefit rules are in line with government regulation.
- Creating and Maintaining Budget forecast related to comben
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree of HR Management / Economic / Accounting or Psychology
- Minimum 3 years experience as HR Compensation & Benefits Supervisor or Payroll Supervisor
- Expert on using Ms Excel along with the formulas.
- Deep knowledge on payroll, benefits, and PPh21 processes.
- Good communication and presentation skill.
- Good communication skill in english.
