Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and submit monthly tax compliance calculations and returns.
- Review financial records to assess tax exposure and ensure accurate tax categorization.
- Assist in compiling and submitting the annual Corporate Income Tax Report.
- Support the management during tax audits and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and update company policies as needed.
- Identify strategies for tax optimization and implement them effectively.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with tax authorities and relevant stakeholders.
- Offer expert advice on tax-related issues and regulations.
- Liaise with tax authorities and external consultants during audits, objections, and appeals to ensure favorable outcomes.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Must possess a Tax Consultant Certificate (BKP) and Brevet AB & C certification.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the tax field.
- Proficiency in creating financial and tax reports.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.
- Team player with excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
- Deep understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
