Financial Accounting Tax (FAT) Staff
Responsibility:
Day-to-day Execution
- Make payment list for each Department as scheduled, then make bills at system before submitting them to Superior.
- Handle all daily financial activities (Bank, Petty Cash, Office Regular Payments).
- Ensure that reconciliations such as AR, AP, Tax (PPN & WHT), Financial Statements (P/L, B/S, Cash Flow) for operational transactions are carried out monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Prepare Invoices and Tax Invoices to Clients, monitor payment settlements.
- Make bills and journals for daily transactions, classify the Chart of Accounts in accordance with the applicable Accounting and Taxation Principles.
- Processing approved payments along with making bills at system.
- Prepares invoices, labels and guarantees for certain purchases.
- Maintain cost efficiency related to cash movement in operational transactions.
- Check and verify daily transactions related to company compliance, Accounting Principles, and Tax Regulations.
- Checking PO drafts made by Purchasing then ask for approval to Superior.
- Complete financial and tax administration (invoices, etc) from Vendor with Purchasing Department.
- Recap all Request Form and ensure all purchase receipts/invoices are appropriate and complete.
- Handle backing invoice.
- Financial controller in controlling Account Payables.
- Financial controller in providing account details and account reconciliation to meet company reporting requirements.
- Conduct and lead communications with Clients, Vendors, Consultants, and external parties regarding financial, tax and accounting matters.
- Update knowledge in the field of Accounting Principles and Tax Regulations.
Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial activity reports.
- Monthly, Quarterly and annually reconciliations (such as AR, AP, Tax (PPN & WHT), Financial Statements (P/L, B/S, Cash Flow) for operational transactions.
- Monthly and annual input and output tax invoices (VAT and WHT).
- Monthly SPT report.
Qualification:
- Having job experiences 5+ years as Finance, Accounting, and Tax Staff.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles and Tax Regulation.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously (team)
- Proficient in English both oral and written is a must.
- Computer literate, proficient in Accounting Software (Xero and Oracle NetSuite) and Microsoft Office; Advance Excel with formula.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized in work.
- Strong in mathematical, analytical & problem-solving skill, excellent communication, time management
- Ability to read and analyze financial reports.
- Ability to act and operate with minimal daily direction from Superior to accomplish objectives.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline, and always maintain quality of work.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and results.
Work Placement:
Meruya, Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat
