Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of accounting plan, objectives, policies, processes & procedures• Review accounts and transactions to monitor performance• Lead the annual budgeting cycle and propose strategies to drive value and mitigate risks• Oversee coordination with departments to align to budget guidelines• Monitor accounting activities and ensure timely completion• Develop internal accounting policies based on new legislations• Develop cash flow reports and submit to management• Define financial performance indicators and monitor regularly• Oversee tax planning and ensure compliance• Lead people initiatives and coach team members
Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting• 8 years of experience in a leadership/managerial role• 5 years of experience in the polyester industry• Knowledge of accounting standards, policies, and practices• Understanding of Taxation Laws, Cost Management, Treasury Management• Proficiency in MS Office - Advanced Excel, ERP systems (Oracle, SAP), MIS reporting tools• Tax - Brevet certification
