Responsibilities
• Ensure effective, efficient, and safe operation of instrumentation systems and processes• Ensure safe and environmentally responsible operations in the plant• Plan, prepare, and assist in special research, automation, and process control• Identify special handling and storage requirements for instrument equipment• Review and comment on supplier information and assist with inspection and testing• Ensure electronic systems meet statutory and regulatory requirements• Test, evaluate, modify, and calibrate products and instruments• Document and resolve service quality issues related to instrumentation and electricity• Track safety measures, controllers, general service instruments, calibration process, and communication• Implement corrective activities and support other management team members
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering• At least 15 years of experience• Knowledge in DCS Yokogawa Centum VP, PLC Siemens, Omron, ABB, Mitsubishi• Knowledge in control valve type: Flow serve, Fisher, Siemens, Samson• Knowledge in equipment instruments for flow, pressure, level, temperature• Ability to resolve issues and think diagnostically• Excellent critical thinking skills and high numeracy level• Knowledge in Industrial Safety Standards and Engineering Standards and Regulations• Software and applications: Ms. Office, Oracle users apps, and SAP
