Responsibilities: 

As a Finance Admin, you will be responsible for day-to-day financial administration tasks, maintaining and verifying accounting/payment records and transactions, as well as collaborating with internal teams for other administration things. This is a hybrid working arrangement based in BSD City, Tangerang area. More specifically you will:

• Assist in administration matters related to processes in the Finance, Operations, and HR division.
• Collect necessary supporting documents for each payment.
• Doing recapitulation for each payment planning.
• Ensure that all assignments are issued promptly.
• Compile and process BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan documents to obtain employees' BPJS numbers and ensure deactivation when employees resign.

Qualifications: 

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Administration.
• Minimums have 1-2 years of experience in the Finance Administration area.
• Experience in managing financial data with a strong attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-moving and demanding environment.
• Able to multitask with a tight deadline and have excellent time management.
• Excellent in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal English and Bahasa
