- Manage the Accounts using accurate accounting software
- To handle AP and AR and Petty cash
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial report
- File monthly tax submission
- Follow up AR and AP aging to ensure timely payment and collection
- Handle Bank reconciliation and cash flow projection
- Prepare annual Tax preparation work papers, tax computation and Payment.
Personnel Administration
- Oversee the personnel well-being, staff strength less than 20.
- Perform monthly salary payroll and Pph 21 tax
Office Administration
- Oversee office administrative duties
- Ensure proper staffing plan and scheduling
Contract Administration
- Support Sales Team to administer all sales contract and documentation
- Coordinate resources and suppliers (local & overseas) for timely project execution
- Coordinate all import documentations from factory to indonesia work site
- Track status on the contract execution
- Track payment to vendors and billing to customers
Qualification
- Age - above 35
- Willing to be Placed in Gading Serpong Tangerang
- Mature personality; can work independently with minimum supervision
- Minimum 6 to 8 relevant experiences. Those with project contract management experiences would be an added advantage
- Experiences working with foreign companies would be added advantage
- A team leader personality, strong desire to take charge, organize the team and be responsible for successful completion of every task assigned
Education
- Minimum Finance or Accounting Degree; Master degree would be added advantage
- Brevet A & B Certificates
- Ability to write and speak English fluently is a must for this job. there will be regular communications with overseas regional offices to align corporate policies
