Principal & Contract Management Coordinator (Procurement)

Job Description: 

• Manage the interaction between vendors and internal program delivery leaders to provide adequate visibility of interdependent initiatives and programs, in accordance to Group-wide policies & procedures and Code of Conduct.
• Lead coordination of group-wide tender activities, including data collection and analysis, vendor sourcing, principal/brand/distributor analysis, creation of tender and quotation for Group or strategic requests for hospitals, contracting management and performance evaluation, in accordance to group-wide policies & procedures 
• Supervise contracting activities (group-wide negotiations, tenders, contract creation, review, extension) and ensure that centrally managed 
• Database of contract across company is well-maintained and monitored together with Group Legal.
• Drive achievement of savings across SHG and monitor potential savings,
• Ensuring regular monitoring & compliance to Group negotiated agreement and standards agreed (such as Group Formulary, Product Catalogue, PEC guidelines, etc.)

Requirements: 

• Min S1 from Supply Chain Management, Operational, Business Management or relevant field
• Min 5 years of working experience related to procurement
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Contract Management Systems (CMS), Electronic Tender / Bidding and other database systems
• Extensive experience in vendor management and the related skills of budget control, performance analysis and Contract Management
• Candidate with certification in Lean Six Sigma / ASCM Certified Supply Chain Professional Certification (CSCP) / ISM Certified Professional in Supply Management is preferred
