Job summary
Develop and implement financial strategies for the companyOversee financial reporting and analysisManage cash flow and optimize financial operations

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy aligned with overall business goals• Lead the annual budgeting process and long-term planning, collaborating with business units and departments worldwide• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP and international accounting standards• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making and performance improvement• Establish and maintain strong internal controls to protect company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements• Assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and market risks• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation to support operational needs and strategic initiatives• Optimize financial operations, including cash management, investments, and banking relationships• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations• Lead financial due diligence and integration processes for potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships• Provide financial expertise and analysis to support investment opportunities• Lead global finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities• Develop a collaborative and high-performing work culture
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree and/or CPA/CFA preferred)• Progressive experience of 10 years in financial leadership roles in global manufacturing or related industries• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and strategic financial management• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial compliance• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as understanding of the international business environment• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle)• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
