Job Description:
- Identify, define, and drive process/system improvement projects in line with the business needs, whilst continously improving tools and processes.
- Evaluate new ideas and possibilities to streamline and automate business process.
- Drive insightful analysis and financial visibility to enable strategic and operational decisions.
- Manage Ad-Hoc Projects or Request from top management.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 3-4 years relevant experience in accounting/financial planning and analysis. Big 4 experience as an advantage.
- Must be result oriented, customer focused and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communicator and team player, in working across different levels of management and across function.
- Good experience or knowledge of SAP/Business Intelligence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in the use of Excell and Power Point.
- High proficiency in written and verbal communication skill in English.
