Job Description:
- Strong proficiency in legal entity reporting, overseeing tax compliance, and adept at promptly executing technical Accounting and Tax adjustments.
- Supervise finance team to ensure staffing plans are in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Develop and execute the international financial framework for the Asia-based initial public offering (IPO).
- Ensure operational compliance with financial administration guidelines, both internal and external.
- Coordinate daily accounting procedures and administration, adhering to local regulations, standards, and internal protocols.
- Generate periodic cost reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and fund utilization using established standards and procedures.
- Oversee, coordinate, maintain, and/or enhance administrative functions and systems to meet internal requirements.
- Accountable for capital market financing and maintaining appropriate bank relationships if necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields, along with CPA or equivalent professional certification.
- Has min. 8 years working experience in finance, involvement in initial public offerings (IPOs).
- Fluent in English.
- Experienced handle financial control, including budgeting and planning.
- Has strong knowledge of accounting and tax principles, including taxation regulations in Southeast Asian countries.
- Proven experience in managing transnational financial operations and strategic planning.
- Experienced in the e-commerce industry is advantage.
