Finance & Sales Administration Executive
Role Objective:
The role of Accountant and Admin Staff is for handling administrative and accounting duties for management, job duties include handling day to day accounting activities, general administration and communication.
Responsibility:
- General administration and office duties,
- Proactive in aligning with management, Sales and operation.
- Reviews and posts receipts and payment to appropriate ledgers, spreadsheets,
records and databases
- Audit invoices against purchases order, researches discrepancies, seeks approval and processes payment.
- Answer inquiry and follow ups, develop positive relationship with customer.
- Maintain billing system, customer files
- Prepare and process tax invoices, receipt, cash etc. and manage account receivable
- Prepare and process PPH and PPN monthly report
- Mail picks up and delivery, office supplies, other projects and duties as assigned.
REQUIRMENT:
- Minimum Diploma in accounting
- Experience minimum 4 years accounting areas
- Max 35 years old
- Able to do book keeping
- Able to communicate in English both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexibility, confidence and ability to work under pressure
- Shall be self-motivated, strong analytical, highly dedicated, initiative, and cooperative with the team.
