Finance & Sales Administration Executive

Role Objective:

The role of Accountant and Admin Staff is for handling administrative and accounting duties for management, job duties include handling day to day accounting activities, general administration and communication.

Responsibility:

• General administration and office duties,
• Proactive in aligning with management, Sales and operation.
• Reviews and posts receipts and payment to appropriate ledgers, spreadsheets,

       records and databases

• Audit invoices against purchases order, researches discrepancies, seeks approval and processes payment.
• Answer inquiry and follow ups, develop positive relationship with customer.
• Maintain billing system, customer files
• Prepare and process tax invoices, receipt, cash etc. and manage account receivable 
• Prepare and process PPH and PPN monthly report
• Mail picks up and delivery, office supplies, other projects and duties as assigned.

REQUIRMENT:

• Minimum Diploma in accounting
• Experience minimum 4 years accounting areas
• Max 35 years old
• Able to do book keeping
• Able to communicate in English both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Flexibility, confidence and ability to work under pressure
• Shall be self-motivated, strong analytical, highly dedicated, initiative, and cooperative with the team.
• Preferred live at Tangerang Area*
