About the Role
The role of a Financial Specialist and Admin is crucial in ensuring the financial stability and success of the organization. This role involves not only financial analysis and reporting but also administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the finance department. The Financial Specialist and Admin must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders. They should be well-versed in financial principles, regulations, and best practices, and capable of making sound financial decisions to support the organization's objectives.
Responsibilities for the Role
- Financial Analysis: Conducting thorough financial analysis to assess the financial health of the organization, including profit and loss analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Budget Management:Developing, monitoring, and managing budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitoring cash flow, optimizing cash reserves, and identifying opportunities for investment or cost-saving measures.
- Tax Compliance:Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations, including timely filing of tax returns and responding to tax inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the finance department, including managing financial records, processing invoices, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers (invoicing and quotation)
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial objectives are aligned with overall organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
