Hr Business Partner Specialist

Job Description:

• Checking the suitability of employee requests with the availability of employee manpower budgets
• Coordinate employee requests with the Talent Acquisition team and HR Coordinator and ensure employee availability in accordance with requests from business units.
• Become a person in contact for the business unit which is the authority for all matters related to HR.
• Identify existing problems in the business unit and recommend solutions.
• Communicate all HRBP programs to each business unit and ensure that the HRBP program runs well.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (any major)
• Minimum 2 years experiences in the same HRBP/Recruitment are a must.
• Have an understanding of HR process as a whole system.
• Have good communication and negotiation skills.
