Job Description:
- Checking the suitability of employee requests with the availability of employee manpower budgets
- Coordinate employee requests with the Talent Acquisition team and HR Coordinator and ensure employee availability in accordance with requests from business units.
- Become a person in contact for the business unit which is the authority for all matters related to HR.
- Identify existing problems in the business unit and recommend solutions.
- Communicate all HRBP programs to each business unit and ensure that the HRBP program runs well.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (any major)
- Minimum 2 years experiences in the same HRBP/Recruitment are a must.
- Have an understanding of HR process as a whole system.
- Have good communication and negotiation skills.
