Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and monitoring the process of recording and documenting transactions
- To Check the completeness of incoming invoices, both in terms of taxation, finance and PSAK
- Prepare a monthly budget, journal financial transactions
- Monitoring all outstanding payments to suppliers, tenants and contractors
- Collaborate with other departments in preparing cost analyzes and recommending cost efficiencies
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree from Finance / Accounting
- Minimum 3-5 years experience at same field
- Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Agile, tidy, honest, detail oriented and good personality
- Willing to work in Denpasar, Bali
