Finance & Tax Staff
We are looking for a Finance and Tax Staff to support our day-to-day financial and tax related activities.
Being a small company, we expect the candidate to have full understanding that his/her responsibilities include processing payments, managing invoices, maintaining financial report as well as preparing, reporting and maintain records of all company’s taxations, including Value Added Tax (PPN), Services Tax (Pph), Withholding Tax, employee related tax, and all other company taxation necessary to comply with government regulation.
Job Responsibilities
- Update and maintain transaction on financial spreadsheets/financial software.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed
- Track and reconcile bank statements
- Prepare, Process, report and maintain records of company’s tax payments
- Provide necessary support to maintain company’s financial health and make sure we use our resources effectively and efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in accounting, Finance or taxation.
- Brevet A and B certification may be required.
- Minimum 3 years previous experience on relevant or similar job.
- Experience using Financial & Tax preparation software and applications.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
