Detailed Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate discovery workshops and gather & document requirements
- Translate business requirements into solution, development specification and scope in collaboration with business process owners and other stakeholders
- Perform cost and benefit analysis to support decision making
- Manage project execution to ensure timely delivery
- Plan and manage user acceptance testing, including data validation
- Conduct socialisation & training as well as necessary engagement initiatives
- Perform post-launch evaluation and recommendation analysis
