Oversee financial and management accounting, budgeting and forecasting, tax and corporate secretarial matters for plant level.
Drive operations on cost and profitability improvement.
Provide leadership skills, mentorship, training and supervision of finance department staff with demonstration of ability to coach and develop direct reports and across entity.
Providing financial reporting and analytical support.
Finance Business Partner to drive business decision and strategy.
Support Marketing on pricing quotation.
Drive P&L for profitability for our company's Singapore Plant. Focus on cost control by working closely with GM and
Operation.
Maintenance of processes and systems to ensure high integrity and accuracy of financial reporting with
company policies and accounting standards.
Review the key balance sheet accounts.
Review P&L expense variance analysis.
Ensure all significant variance noted and explanations.
Liaising with external auditors.
To ensure controls are effectively carried out by the plant and compliance.
Application of ACAP for GST
Monthly rolling forecast, Yearly budget and Long Range Plan
To provide leadership on strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Track and monitor achievement to ensuring effective use of budgets.
Enhance SAP product costing & Implement Forecasting tool.
