Financial Controller Manager

Overview

As an integrated vegetable seed company, PT EAST WEST SEED INDONESIA (EWINDO) needs its agile team to focus on running its effective business process and catching up with the quickly moving world outside the sectors. The Finance Controller Manager is for commercial team that plays a crucial role to evaluate and control business's day-to-day financial operations. This position often plays a part in internal & external audit functions by collaborating with auditors to ensure financial reporting compliance. Finance Controller will report to F&A Director and partially to Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

1. Track, analyze, and control the costs associated with each commercial process.
2. Work closely with the commercial team in forecasting expenditures & planning budgets in supporting current company sales targets.
3. Classify costs by type and track cost driver each sales & Marketing process.
4. Cooperate with cost accountant in checking cost allocation journal.
5. Minimize financial risk by understanding company weaknesses and opportunity to better safeguard assets.
6. Help commercial team performing cost review and improvement.
7. Create monitoring report in helping commercial team monitoring current daily activity.
8. Prepare and review actual vs plan, from monthly, quarterly, to annually.
9. Engagement with the commercial team to understand their needs and requirements and response quickly to ensure business as usual.
10. Manage Ad-hoc Projects and Requests as necessary to support the business in deep-diving in different business critical areas to give a better visibility on the way forward decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of Bachelor’s/Master Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experiences as a Finance Controller Head/Manager with strong exposure to overall finance and accounting management.
• At least minimum 10 years of total working experiences in Finance Role.
• Age maximum 45 years old.
• Good proficiency in both written and verbal English
• Independent, meticulous and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Have strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably have experience as Finance/Accounting/Tax controller from Agri business
• Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, costing, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting.
• Demonstrated high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity and work ethics.
• Preferably have ERP systems knowledge.
• Have CPA certification is a plus.
• Willing to travel.
• Willing to work at our Head Office in Purwakarta, West Java
