The Margaret, a new two-storey restaurant in the heart of Canggu offering a mix of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine in an all-day dining concept, is currently looking for talented individuals to join our amazing team. 
REQUIREMENTS: 

• Leadership qualities, the ability to achieve quality execution of your instructions by employees; 
• High level of responsibility for the result of his work and the team; 
• Experience of working in restaurants for at least 2 years; 
• English 81 level or higher, 
• Ability to communicate and react instantly to the situation, 
• High-intensity work experience with large numbers of guests. 

FUCTIONS: 

• Organization and control of the work of all departments of the restaurant; 
• Creating an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality in the restaurant, work with guests, table visit; 
• Cash discipline and control of cash transactions; 
• Working with the team, adaptation, motivation, control of work and compliance with standards of service by employees. 
• Supervision of the work of all departments.
