Summary of Responsibilities :
- Manage all F&B Department and day-to-day (3 outlets and 8 meeting rooms) operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Establish targets, schedules, policies and procedures
- Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- Planning and strategy of FB organization and operation
- Maintaining high Level of HACCP standard of FB daily operation
Work Experience
Qualification :
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and customer contact skills
- Results and service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
- A team player & builder
- A motivator & self-starter
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry
- Pre-opening / Re-opening hotel experience is an advantage
