Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least D3 Degree, preferably majoring in Hospitality / Tourism.
- Maximum age of 40 years old.
- At least 2 years experience of working as F&B Manager in Hotel industry. (From 4 / 5 star Hotels is a Plus)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Have good communication skill
- Have good leadership
- Willing to be place in Kertajati, Majalengka.
- Candidates must be ready to join immediately
Job Description:
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Responsible to oversee for highest quality standard of all preparation, presentation, and services.
- To oversee: kitchen areas are maintained and clean.
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
