The Food & Beverage Operations Manager will be responsible to oversee the foodservice outlets within the center including Restaurant, Banquets, and Lounge service operations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and profitability. As F&B Operations Manager you will participate in establishing financial and operating goals including qualitative standards for products and services, and quantitative standards for workloads. Oversees all front-of-house operations including administration, staffing, food & beverage, maintenance, and safety. Maintains proactive business relationships with ownership and clients, nurtures existing accounts to capture repeat sales.
Responsible for effective management of the food & beverage outlets ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and a strong contributor to ensuring profit objectives. Assist Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage in the planning for future development of the food & beverage program.
