We are in search of a forward-thinking Data Analytics Manager to lead our team in Jakarta. This role is pivotal for someone with a passion for leveraging data to solve complex problems within the Financial Industry, particularly in areas such as credit risk, collections, and fraud.
You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of predictive model development, from conception to deployment and ongoing maintenance, driving our analytics capabilities to new heights.
Job Descriptions :
- Develop predictive models to address credit risk, collections, fraud, and other critical business needs in the Financial Industry.
- Take full ownership of the predictive modeling process, including development, validation, deployment, and maintenance.
- Innovate by engineering predictive features from existing data and integrating external data sources to enhance customer profiles.
- Design analytical model frameworks to address business challenges, starting from conceptualization.
- Utilize strong communication skills to share insights, lead strategic initiatives, and align stakeholders with the analytics vision and roadmap.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.
- Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience in building, evaluating, and maintaining ML models related to collection risk or consumer credit scoring within financial products.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience, guiding teams towards achieving analytical objectives.
- Deep understanding of mathematical and statistical principles underpinning predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in machine learning concepts such as Bagging, Boosting, Recommendation Engines, etc.
- Expertise in creating features from diverse data types and professional experience in machine learning model development.
- Ability to balance model performance with business requirements and to translate data science solutions into business strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to understand and articulate business needs effectively.
- Experience across multiple domains such as Risk Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Fraud Analytics, etc., is highly regarded.
