Key Responsibilities
- Manage travel arrangements for employees and visitors, such as ticket issuance and cash advances.
- Ensure the effectiveness of car arrangements.
- Manage reception tasks, including receiving calls, welcoming guests, and arranging meeting rooms.
- Manage visitor-related tasks, such as ensuring registration in the system and arranging meals (lunch, dinner, etc.).
- Prepare expatriate formalities to meet business requirements.
- Maintain a well-stocked inventory of office supplies.
- Provide travel support to all Cladtek employees, including assisting the Group Management/Executive Committee (Executive Director, Directors, CEO) with ferry bookings and hotel reservations.
Qualification
- Have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a GA & Hospitality Supervisor.
- Demonstrate leadership capability with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role (structural or functional).
- Fluent in written and spoken business English communication.
