GA Manager / Assistant Manager
Brief Job Description:
- Control the implementation of rules relating with Integrated Management system;
- Ensure compliance and implementation of company negotiation related General Affair properly;
- Ensure and manage well the performance of facility Management;
- Ensure that company business activities well supported by adequate facility;
- Budget spending control and PDCA improvement idea.
General Requirement:
- Have a minimal Bachelor Degree, any major;
- Fluent English Communication, both oral and written;
- Have good internal and external communication skills;
- Have good sense of organizational improvement according to needs;
- Fast learning and adaptation.
Specific Requirement:
- Have 5 years experience in the same field;
- Have good responsibility, sense of job priority and budget control management intern of company needs;
- Have good industrial relationship and good communication both internal and external parties;
- Have good job balancing and staff development among of field and administration job;
- Have knowledge of K3 (Occupational Safety and Health), 5S (Japanese method of organizing work areas).
