Job Description :

1. Preparing quality objectives and compiling work programs and HIRADC General Affairs and IT (GA/IT).
2. Control and evaluate work plans and programs related to activities transportation services and other public services, asset/infrastructure maintenance, fulfillment of ATK and other office supplies, legal document management, environmental security and IT services in supporting company operations.
3. Make improvements to gain effectiveness and efficiency in managing affairs GA/IT.
4. Developing and improving the competence of personnel under him.
5. Ensure all GA/IT operations run smoothly and well.
6. Building good communication with external parties in the environment around the relevant company with environmental safety.
7. Periodically check GA/IT Unit department HIRADC documents.
8. Also verifying risk assessments that have been identified in the GA/IT Unit department.
9. Prepare a program in an effort to anticipate risks that arise and propose steps take advantage of improvement opportunities within the GA/IT Unit department.
10. Play an active role in providing suggestions in improving K3 performance, especially in the department HRD/GA.
11. Actively support consultation and participation mechanisms in improving K3 performance, especially in the HRD/GA department.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
2. Experienced min. 5 years as Supervisor GA at Construction or Manufacturing Company
3. Strong organizational and leadership skills
4. Knowledge of transportation regulations and maintenance
5. Willing to work full WFO at Cikarang Selatan, West Java
6. Have driving license ( SIM A)
7. Able to work mobile.
