- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Maximum 35 years old
- Have working experience at Japanese Manufacturing Company as HR supervisor or senior level staff with subordinate min 5 years.
- Have experience to handling recruitment process from selecting, interview, offering and hiring.
- Have excellent knowledge of BPJS Kesehatan and EDABU (Elektronik Data Badan Usaha) System.
- Have excellent knowledge of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and SIPP(Sistem Information Pelaporan Perusahaan) System.
- Have wide network and update information of HR Matter
- Have excellent knowledge of labour law and related regulation.
- Making strategy, scheme, payroll and HRIS system.
- Have knowledge of negotiation with labour union.
- Have experience to make training scheme for improving employee skill.
- Understand HORENSO (Japanese style of reporting, contacting, and consultation) or bad news first.

- Responsible for supervising all process of employee recruitment.
- Responsible for making monthly, quarterly and yearly plan of HR.
- Responsible for making monthly and yearly plan and organizing employee training program.
- Responsible for supporting job of negotiation with labour union under instruction GM and Director.
- Responsible for making salary and evaluation scheme.
