Responsibilities :
- Review and prepare SOP and work instructions
- Monitoring general affairs activities such as security service, cleaning service, catering, and building maintenance
- Create and present weekly reports (weekly meetings) related to HR and GA Activities
- Maintain good Industrial Relations with local government and authorities
Requirements :
- Minimum S1 in all majors
- Minimum 2 years supervisor level experience
- Familiar in using HRIS and ERP systems
- Required Skills : Microsoft Office, Google Suites. ERP, Public Speaking
- Willing to go on business trips
