Legal Supervisor

Requirements :

• The candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Monitoring the validity period of the company's Legal documents.
• Good English proficiency, both oral and written.
• At least 3 years of working experience as a Legal Supervisor on Manufacturing Company.
• Experience in a law firm is preferable .
• Having an advocate's license will be a plus .
• Will be placed in Surya Cipta, Karawang factory.

Job Description :

• Coordinating and cooperating with related parties and other government agencies related to licensing arrangements.
• Support and manage legal documents
• Checking and filling out documents, including monitoring the expiration date of documents or legal permits.
• Support and process company documents, especially those related to legal agreements or contracts.
• Review legal contracts, agreements, and other legal documents and report to the head of the department.
• Manage administrative tasks related to work and also make daily and weekly work reports.
