Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling company legal documents: Deed, Agreement, etc.
  • Knowing all regulations update, sharing (Related parties)
  • Compliance monitoring
  • Harmonize Internal regulation (PP) with government regulation.
  • Legal risk/dispute, cyber risk: crime, protection.
  • Permit/License etc.
  • Follow up fact findings.
Persyaratan Khusus

Qualifications:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree from Law Faculty (Reputable university GPA min 3,0)
  • Familiar with agreement, deed, government report
  • Minimum 5 years in the similar position / function
  • Have Computer Literacy (Excel & Power Point, Intermediate to Advance Level)
  • Has good Interpersonal Skill
  • Strong Leadership
  • Having Good Initiative and Proactive
  • English speaking is a must (business level).
  • Willing to work in Jababeka.
