Legal Supervisor

Qualification:

1. Age 30 - 35 Years old,
2. Have a minimum educational history of Bachelor of Laws from a leading university
3. Good relationship with business partner,
4. Have high integrity,
5. Have experience in Corporate OSS applications,
6. Can work under pressure,
7. Can use English both orally and in writing

Scope of Responsibilities / Job Description

1. The Legal Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the company's legality relating to licensing letters
2. Responsible for all assets and legal documents of the Company
3. Responsible for the legal identity of the company such as NIB, OSS, articles of association, and other company legal documentation
4. Providing advice or considerations regarding the legality of all contractual agreements with clients or company partners

Experience requirement

Have a minimum of 5 years experience working as a Legal Supervisor and have a good understanding of managing various agreements required by the company.

Skills / Competency

1. Able to use SAP (System Application and Processing)
2. Good communication / relation
3. Mastering legal drafting,
4. Can carry out legal analysis (review, identify and reduce the legal risks of an agreement),
5. Can carry out all legal work,
6. Having a PERADI license and an Advocate card is preferred.
