Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Law or Psychology.
- Experience in an HR role more than 5 Years.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Availability for periodic national travel.
- Good in English both written and spoken.
- Having CHRS by BNSP is plus point
- Having AK3 Umum Certificate by Kemnaker RI
- Having Knowledge about ISO 9001:2015
Tasks & responsibilities
- Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.
- Arranging training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.
- Assisting managers with staff requirements.
- Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
- Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Monitoring attendance and discipline of all employees.
- Monitoring the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health of all employees.
