Job Description :
- Develop and implement Industrial Relations policies and procedures
- Handle employee grievances and disputes in a timely and effective manner
- Negotiate collective bargaining agreements with labor unions
- Conduct investigations into workplace issues and recommend appropriate actions
- Provide guidance and support to management on labor relations matters
- Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams on Industrial Relations issues
- Monitor and analyze labor relations trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Prepare reports and presentations on Industrial Relations activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Min 2+ years of experience in Industrial Relations or labor relations with
- Law background or Min 5+ years of experience in Industrial Relations from other major.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations (ex : Cipta Kerja, PKB)
- Experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in Industrial Relations or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as an Industrial Relations Supervisor or similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary
