Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree

2.At least 3-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and team effectively at all levels

4. Coaching people across all areas in order to increase morale, accountability and clearer expectations

5. Role model what is expected to support a more cohesive work and team environment

6. Self motivated, self confident, stress resistant

7. Good communication skills

Job Description :

1. Participate in organizing employees' engagement activities.

2. Handle employees' grievances & disciplinary matter.

3. Support and advice department managers on HCO related issues.

4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

5. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

6. Responsible to people management including but no limited to recruitments, people development and Administration.

7. Supervise the implementation of Company Industrial/Employee Relations.

8. Advisor and Change Agent Serve as an advisor to management on people-related matters.

9. People Development and Deployment Collaborate with business on people-related initiatives to develop a people-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, team-work and high performance.

10.Provides guidance to managers on justification of HCs and assessment of grades of these HCs.
