PT Samora Usaha Makmur hereinafter referred to as Samora Group, the journey began when it was established the first refined sugar plant in 2004 under the name PT Sentra Usahatama Jaya. To support its business development, in 2011 was established the second refined sugar plant under the name PT Andalan Furnindo. And in 2012 expanded its business by establishing PT Medan Sugar Industry the third refined sugar plant in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.
Along with business progress and the need for synergy, Samora Group was established in 2013 with mission “to bring positive development and change” not only for shareholders and employee but also aimed at external stakeholders including the surrounding community near the Company’s operations and Indonesian people in general.
For Samora Group, business is about more than profits. It is a means for improving the quality of human life. To achieve these goals, in 2016 was established PT Sukses Mantap Sejahtera to educate local farmer and also to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people, especially farmer community in Dompu, Nusa Tenggara Barat.

👑 Job Role
- Melakukan analisa dan peninjauan terhadap implementasi peraturan perusahaan, Kompensasi Benefit, Payroll, Jamsostek, Medical Insurance
- Melakukan penyusunan kebijakan dan penyusunan kegiatan hubungan internal
- Mengkoordinasikan kegiatan-kegiatan atau event yang dilakukan di lingkungan internal perusahaan & Program CSR
- Membina hubungan yang baik dengan karyawan / LKS Bipartit (Internal)
- Membina hubungan yang baik dengan aparat Pemerintahan, Kepolisian dan Koramil serta Pengelola kawasan dan organisasi kemasyarakatan yang ada di sekitar / domisili pabrik (Eksternal)
- Membuat, melaksanakan dan memonitor program peningkatan, disiplin kerja karyawan
- Menerbitkan dokumen sanksi terhadap pelanggaran tata tertib kerja sebagaimana tercantum dalam Peraturan Perusahaan
- Membuat SOP dan IK.
- Melaksanakan system administrasi kepegawaian pabrik secara tepat dan akurat
⛩️ Requirements
- Pendidikan Minimal S1 Hukum, Management SDM
- Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Supervisor pada Pabrik/Industri Manufaktur
- Berpengalaman pada bagian Hubungan Industrial, HR Generalist, HR System/HRMS dan HR Comben.
- Memahami Regulasi HR & pemerintah terkait UU ketenagakerjaan.
- Terbiasa bekerjasama dengan Disnaker, dan pihak yang berhubungan dengan ketenagakerjaan
- Memahami Perhitungan Payroll dan komponen pendukungnya (BPJS, PPH 21, Absensi, Overtime, Insentif, dan lainnya)
- Memiliki keterampilan komputer yang baik: Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Windows Office, and HR System (HRIS/HRMS)
- Memiliki kemampuan Negosiasi, Conflict Resolution & Detail Oriented
- Bersedia ditempatkan di PT ANDALAN FURNINDO (Member of Samora Group) Site Marunda, Bekasi Utara.
