Job Description :
- Responsible in all Industrial Relation aspects within the company
- Establish communication and coordination for relationships with internal (between the Union, employees, management) & external parties
- Build and maintain harmonious Industrial Relations with activities that increase loyalty to the Company and maintain it from time to time
- Supervise conflict resolution and negotiations with other parties, handling complaints, resolving problem employees, and resolving complaints and conflicts in accordance with the provisions of the Labour Regulations (bipartite, tripartite, etc.)
- Analyzing and providing data on company regulations and government regulations related to employment (Reviewing Company Regulations, Code of Conduct, Employment Contracts, etc)
- Monitoring, reviewing, and responsible for the performance of Industrial Relation section
Requirement :
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in Law
- Minimum 3 year experience in the same field, preferred having experiences in manufacturing industry
