- Understand current industry trends and new technologies that could be relevant to game design
- Strong user research skills, analyzing user feedback, and adapting it to game design to provide an optimized user experience
- Create game design documents
- Have experience in participating in prototyping, playtesting, and balancing gameplay mechanics
Syarat & Kualifikasi
- Have a minimum experience of 2-3 years
- Have experience in continuously improving game performance and optimizing game mechanics
- Excel communication skills to maintain team progress and deliver quality games on schedule
- Have a strong habit of researching and evaluating new technologies and game development trends
- Provide a portfolio of previous game development projects
