Requirements:
- A Diploma / Bachelor's degree from any major
- Excellent attention to detail
- Min 2 years experience in related field
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to general affairs
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of local regulations regarding expatriate permits is highly desirable
- Initiative and independence in carrying out responsibilities
- Have good negotiation skills with 3rd parties (suppliers/vendors)
- Multitasking
Responsibilities:
- Office supplies management
- Responsible for office monthly billing
- Weekly Payment & Petty Cash management
- Business trip process, hotel booking, flight booking, etc.
- Package delivery management
- Maintain vendor relations
- Provide administrative support
- Maintain and update office records, maintenance of company assets, databases, and filing systems
- Organize company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue booking etc
- Lease agreements and permits related to office needs
- Complete another task related that given by superior
- Can use Jurnal accounting software preferred
