Our client is currently seeking an ideal candidate to fill General Admin Staff position in the Agribusiness industry. Requirements : 
1. Min. Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Agribusiness/Accounting or related major. 
2. Have work experience min. 1 year in Administration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Proficient to manage all administration such as organize multiple tasks, information and resources efficiently.
4. Have knowledge in basic book-keeping and skilled in Data Management is a plus.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. 
6. Have strong verbal and writing communication skill.
7. Able to work multitasking, well-organized and detail-oriented.
8. Able to work individually or collaborate with a team.

Job Description :
1. Responsible for accurately and timely entry of data into the system. 
2. Manage daily bookkeeping responsibilities, such as accurately recording financial transactions.
3. Manage and maintain office file and inventory.
4. Assist in handling general office administrative tasks.
5. Prepare and organize various documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence.
