GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
The Responsibilities:
- Responsible for accurately and timely entry of data into the system.
- Manage daily bookkeeping responsibilities, such as accurately recording financial transactions.
- Manage and maintain office file and inventory.
- Assist in handling general office administrative tasks.
- Prepare and organize various documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence.
The Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Business Management/Accounting or related major.
- Have work experience min. 1 year in Administration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient to manage all administration such as organize multiple tasks, information and resources efficiently.
- Have knowledge in basic book-keeping and skilled in Data Management is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Have strong verbal and writing communication skill.
- Able to work multitasking, well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to work individually or collaborate with a team.
