Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and procure office supplies, facility and assets
- Manage vendors relationship for GA include negotiate and manage contract with vendors
- Provide administrative assistance (document preparation, filing and record-keeping)
- Assist travel and accommodation for business trip
- Manage petty cash, reimbursement, credit card and other expense reports
- Administer incoming and outgoing invoices, including review SSP Pajak
- Assist in recording of financial transactions
- Office event arrangement
- Review expense claims and assist in budget planning and expense tracking
- Assist financial and tax related records and reports.
Requirements:
- The candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Possess minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable University
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa & English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Having good skill for Ms. Office
- Having experience in similar position at least 1-2 years.
