Uraian Tugas

Job Description: 

  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
  • Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences
  • Handle business trip arrangment such as travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring adequate inventory levels and maintenance
  • Create documents or translate documents from Japanese - Bahasa or vice versa 

Requirement: 

  • Min. Diploma degree in any major
  • Able to speak Japanese (Min. N3
  • Having experience as Admin/GA/Secretary Min. 2 year
