Job Description:
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Manage executives' calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences
- Handle business trip arrangment such as travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring adequate inventory levels and maintenance
- Create documents or translate documents from Japanese - Bahasa or vice versa
Requirement:
- Min. Diploma degree in any major
- Able to speak Japanese (Min. N3)
- Having experience as Admin/GA/Secretary Min. 2 year
