RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain office facility and assets include office buildings (cleanliness, outward appearance), office environment (secure parking, adequate office and / or warehouse areas), cleanliness of the work environment for employees (workspace, meeting rooms, lobby and all areas company), maintenance of electrical installations (mechanical and electrical).
- Supervise routine and non-routine office stock & facilities such as pantry and stationery stock, other new office facility and make sure the stock is sufficient
- Monitor supplier & vendor compliance with contractual agreements
- Monitoring logistic circulation for all related departments (product sample, equipment, etc)
- Maintain all office legal and permit document, dealing and liaise with related external party.
- Handling general personnel management for branch offices
- Coordinating internal employee events and activities
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years of experience in GA or Office Service
- Strong Leadership, wide networking, and good interpersonal skill.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Flexible and ability to adapt to changes.
- Proficient in English (Business Level) is a must.
- Willing to work fulltime at office (WFO arrangement)
