General Affairs Officer

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare travel arrangements for employees and visitors, such as ticket issuance and cash advances.
• Manage the effectiveness of car arrangements.
• Oversee reception responsibilities, including answering calls, greeting guests, and organizing meeting spaces.
• Handle visitor-related duties, such as system registration and meal arrangements (lunch, dinner, etc.).
• Prepare expatriate formalities to meet business requirements.
• Maintain a well-stocked inventory of office supplies
• Provide travel support to all Cladtek employees, including assisting the Group Management/Executive Committee (Executive Director, Directors, CEO) with ferry bookings and hotel reservations.

Qualifications
• Have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Affairs.
• Fluent in written and spoken business English communication.
• Willing to be placed in Batam.
