They are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead their brand into new markets. This position will lead the pioneer team to set up country operations and build and inspire a high performing team.
Job Description
- Strategic Leadership and Direction: Drive the expansion strategy in the market. Guide the brand's strategic direction to ensure growth, market relevance, and sustainability.
- Market Penetration and Expansion: Develop and implement strategic plans for market penetration and growth. Leverage local connections and market insights for effective location scouting, hiring, and supply chain establishment.
- Operations Management: Manage a broad operation range, overseeing 50 to 500 stores, including budgeting, staffing, training, and operational efficiency.
- Lead the setup of new stores in untapped markets, ensuring alignment with the brand's standards and vision.
- Team Management and Culture Building: Cultivate a high-performance culture within the team, focusing on development, engagement, and accountability. Align team efforts with the brand's strategic objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
