ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the operations functions of Restaurant, Retail Shop, Theme Park
Ensure full compliance to SOP, policies, procedures, and service standards - Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures
- Responsible for annual Operating Budget, Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget
- Manage profitability of the site, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met
- A strong understanding of P&L statements and ability to react with impactful strategies
- Prepare a monthly financial reporting for the Management
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Tourism, Hospitality or related fields
- Min. 5 years of experience in managing Restaurant / Retail Shop / Hotel / Theme Park
- Analytical skills, creative innovative, and strategic thinking
- Outstanding service orientation, focus on detail and time management skills
- Excellent ability in managing people, with expertise in training, development, and coaching
- Able to relocate anywhere when required
- Placement in Gowa - Makassar Area.
